New RAM installed but no response!!!

RAM is most important parts after processor for computer performance. Especially if you accomplish graphics or game related work you need more RAM. If your computer had lack of RAM, you can speedup work by installing new ram. More ram more speed. Results of memory upgrading is program loads quickly, web page loads quickly, many program can run at a time. Some times we install new RAM but it does not response or show. Why?    

1.     Installed RAM’s bus speed is more that it does not support on motherboard.

2.     RAM chip is damaged.

3.     RAM chip is installed in wrong process.

Solution:

1.     Reading mother board’s manual be sure which bus speed support this board .If it does not support you have to change any one, mother board or RAM.

2.     If you install RAM on wrong way computer will give a bip sound pressing the power button. If that is happened, pull out the RAM and again install with pressure and lock the clip.

3.     Check the RAM installing another mother board in same bus speed. If here RAM does not work we can decide that the ram chip is damaged.

In this case you can change the RAM form the vendor.
